Unsure

Well I haven't posted much lately, I've been super busy! Trying to figure out how to get my blog up and running... I need to figure out how to do the layouts and I really want to change the name. Any ideas or suggestions? Also my mother in law is sending me a sewing machine! I've never used one so I'm kind of hesitant but supperrrrr excited!

Also! My hubby should be home next month from Afghanistan! Can we say freaking out!?!? lol, so much to do around the house ahhhh!!!

Frames frames frames!

Here is my dresser in progress! I painted the frames and sanded them down after a little to let the gold shine through. I broke the glass out as well because once I get twine later this weekend I'm going to add vingtage keys hanging inside! Loving the way it's turning out! :) Thank God for crafts, its helping me keep my sanity through these next few months of deployment :)

DIY Stuff/OUR HOUSE

My dresser I painted black & spray painted white lace around it. A vintage mirror I got at a thrift store (the before and after :) ) Our deck and little chimnea I scored at the thrift store & our fire place mantle! :))

Wow

I actually didn't even know I had made a blog! but this is awesome. Danny and I are officially married :) January 4th 2011. Although he is in Afghanistan at the moment and we still have a few months left, so with that said ITS TIME TO BLOG! All of a sudden (I've always been crafty).. but yeah all of a sudden Ive gotten into making crafts/projects etc for our home. I've been skimming some blogs lately and I absolutely love some of the stuff these women make for their homes! I'm trying to get our home perfect because my husband hasn't ever seen it! So basically the next few months I'm going to be going crazy trying to get our home together, and plan our official wedding ceremony in December! Wish me luck!
